DAY 2
SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA

We will dedicate day 2 to discovering Santiago de Compostela, the spiritual heart of Galicia. On a private tour, we will explore the history and hidden secrets of its majestic cathedral, experiencing firsthand the emotion felt by pilgrims as they complete the Camino.

The culinary journey will include a workshop with a local chef, where we will learn how to prepare traditional dishes, followed by an intimate dinner at a restaurant hidden among the forests, a place surrounded by legend and authenticity, known only to locals.

DAY 3
 RÍAS BAIXAS

On day 3, we'll delve into the Rías Baixas, a land of sea, wine, and ancient traditions. We'll visit ancient Celtic hill forts and discover their heritage through a muiñeira session, a dance related to the Celtic traditions of Ireland and Scotland.

Then we'll board a private boat to explore the Arousa estuary, visit the mussel rafts where Galician mussels are cultivated, and enjoy them freshly cooked on board. The day will conclude with a wine tasting at a winery located in a Galician pazo, a traditional palace of the old rural nobility, combining history, landscape, and wine.

DAY 4
THE MOST EXCLUSIVE ISLAND
IN GALICIA

We'll don our work clothes to join the Galician shellfish gatherers, learning the traditional art of harvesting shellfish by hand alongside them. Afterwards, we'll visit an Albariño winery in a unique natural setting and enjoy lunch with a local chef who will be cooking live.

We'll spend the afternoon on La Toja Island, the most exclusive in Galicia, enjoying the thermal circuit and wellness treatments at the Eurostars Hotel, or exploring its surroundings, which combine thermal waters, tranquility, and the largest golf course in the region. The day will end with a traditional seafood dinner, where we'll savor the most emblematic flavors of the Galician Atlantic.

DAY 5
COMBARRO AND THE RIBEIRA SACRA

We'll delve into the charm of Combarro, considered the most beautiful village in Galicia, with its maritime architecture along the seafront and streets that seem frozen in time. We'll visit a Celtic pig farm, where a breed recovered from extinction is being raised, and we'll enjoy a traditional stew made with this uniquely flavored meat.

In the afternoon we will arrive at the Ribeira Sacra and stay in a monastery with more than a thousand years of history, where we can feel how the ancient monks lived, and relax in its spa before a dinner with panoramic views that will make the evening an unforgettable memory.

DAY 6
BETWEEN WINERIES

We'll spend the day in the Ribeira Sacra, one of the most beautiful and ancient wine regions in Europe, where the Romans were making wine two thousand years ago. It's such a special place that it's about to become a World Heritage Site.

We will navigate the breathtaking canyons of the Sil River and visit two wineries to discover their wines, which are so unique that they have been served in the White House, and, of course, we will taste them.

DAY 7
THE BEST MEAT
AND THE BEST TORTILLA

We'll begin in Lugo, exploring the best-preserved Roman wall in the world, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterwards, we'll visit a farm where José Antonio raises "Rubia gallega" cattle, considered by chefs like Gordon Ramsay to be the best beef in the world, which we'll then sample at a local restaurant.

We'll continue on to A Coruña, where we'll see the Tower of Hercules, the oldest Roman lighthouse still in operation. As a grand finale, we'll have dinner in Betanzos, a town of just 10,000 inhabitants that wins the award for the best tortilla in Spain year after year. You won't leave without trying it.
