I'm Antonio Arias, creator of Camino Culinary Experiences. If you love good food, get ready to experience the most special gastronomic week of your life.
I was born in Galicia and have always felt a deep connection to this land. Before founding Camino Culinary Experiences, I worked for several years as an architect, a profession that taught me to pay attention to every detail, plan with precision, and turn ideas into real experiences.
My love for gastronomy comes from my family: my grandfather had a small winery in the Ribeira Sacra, where I learned from a young age the value of wine, tradition, and hard work. That passion led me to travel to different countries, organizing trips to discover their cuisines… but nowhere have I found a gastronomy as complete as Galician. And I'm not the only one saying this: Ferran Adrià himself stated that “Galician gastronomy is special, both the seafood and the mountain cuisine; it is a benchmark not only nationally, but worldwide.”
Today, I've combined my training and passions to create unique itineraries, designed with the same care and attention as a home-cooked meal: with soul, time, and heart. All the work I've put into Camino Culinary Experiences has a single goal: for you to simply enjoy every moment, every landscape, and every flavor.
